Like the Winter telescoping style card. Especially like the way when it opens the center piece & top piece look like balloons. I do not think I've heard of or seen that style of card before. I'll have to look up a video of it on youtube to se how to make. Thanks for entering the Raise the Bar Circles/Rings challenge.
